Ordering online

Online payments can be made by debit card, credit card, PayPal or through Klarna. You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing.

Shipping and fees 

Parcels within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will require a signature and should not be left in a ‘safe place’, as once delivered, the parcel is the responsibility of the customer. If you will not be in, you can arrange re-delivery or collection via the Royal Mail website.

For international postage, your parcel will either be sent with Royal Mail International or DHL express (£48). Please note that customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy

As each jewellery piece is made-to-order, all sales are final and I cannot currently accept returns or exchanges. If the piece is damaged upon arrival, please contact me and I’ll fix it for you free of charge.

Resizing

If your ring needs resizing at any point, please contact me and I will provide a return address. There may be a fee depending on the task.
